Products
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product images are shown as accurately as possible, though colors and finishes may vary slightly depending on your display.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Shipping

Memberships
Pack Memberships (Pack Ranger, Pack Trainer, and Pack Leader) are annual subscriptions billed once per year. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal, and membership fees are non‑refundable. See our subscription cancellation policy for full details.
Gift Cards
Gift cards, including the Exclusive Nature Card and Gift a Pack Membership, are non‑refundable and aren't redeemable for cash except where required by law. They can be used toward any eligible purchase at BAM Originals.
Digital Wallpapers
Digital wallpapers available through Field Notes are provided free of charge for personal use as digital wallpapers only, on your personal phone, desktop, tablet, or other personal device. Sharing them with others is welcome.
You may not reproduce, print, or create any physical version of BAM Originals digital wallpapers. You may not use them for commercial purposes, in advertising, or in any context beyond personal digital wallpaper use. All wallpapers remain the sole copyrighted property of BAM Originals.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, artwork, and content on this site are the original work of BAM Originals and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
BAM Originals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to these terms or to your use of BAM Originals will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in full effect.
