Where we ship
We ship to most countries worldwide, from the United States. If your country isn't available at checkout, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Processing time
How long it takes depends on the print:

Prepared Bamboo Prints: Many are on hand and ship within 3 business days. If one isn't in stock, we place the order within 1 business day, it's produced in about 3 business days, and it ships within 3 business days after that upon final touches including branding.
- Beespoke Bamboo Prints: These are custom, so they take a little longer. Give us up to a week to prep your crop and get it into production, then about 3 business days to produce it before it ships.
You'll get a tracking email once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates and carriers
Rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. We ship with USPS and FedEx inside the US, and DHL and FedEx internationally. Larger bamboo prints weigh more, so they cost more to ship.
Free shipping
Membership prints ship free. That covers the Pack Print that comes with a Pack Ranger membership, plus the perk prints for Pack Trainer and Pack Leader members. Prints bought on their own, including Elusive and Shadow Pack Prints, and the rest of the bamboo print catalog use calculated shipping at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.
International orders
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility and aren't collected at checkout. Customs can add delays that are out of our hands.
Wrong address, lost, or damaged
Please double check your shipping address, since we can't be responsible for orders sent to the wrong one. If a package is lost or shows up damaged, email and we'll help sort it out.
