We want you to love what you order, so please choose carefully. If you have questions before buying, reach out and we'll help. We don't accept returns or exchanges.
If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you won't need to send the original back.
Beespoke Bamboo Prints are final sale, since they're made just for you.
Digital items are non‑refundable. That includes Pack memberships, gift cards (the Exclusive Nature Card and Gift a Pack Membership), and digital downloads.
Pack memberships renew once a year. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal, though the current term isn't refundable. See our subscription cancellation policy for the details.
