Pack Memberships
Pack memberships (Pack Ranger, Pack Trainer, and Pack Leader) are yearly subscriptions. They renew automatically each year at the current price until you cancel, and the payment method on file is charged at each renewal.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date from your account at Base Camp, or by emailing . Cancelling stops future renewals. Your current membership stays active through the end of its term, and that term isn't refundable.
Gifted memberships and gift cards
A gift card (the Exclusive Nature Card or Gift a Pack Membership) can be applied to a membership and covers the first payment. After that, renewals need a payment method on file. Gift cards never expire and aren't refundable.
Membership perks
Perks like prints, member pricing, and exclusive content are available only while your membership is active.
Price changes
Membership pricing may change over time. If your renewal price changes, we'll tell you before you're charged.
