I believe that this specific Fungi is called Stereum Ochraceoflavum, however, I'm not positive. Because of that, and because that name is a bit scientific, I just went with Fungi for this photograph name. Note that all Mushrooms are Fungi, but not all Fungi are Mushrooms.
